As HR Management Consultant I provide expertise from various HR transformation projects. My consulting strength is the design and implementation of integrated HR solutions considering the organisation, its culture and people, processes and products as well as the supporting HR technology. Being involved in all phases of a project from business case over design to implementation, transition and after go-live support my expertise does not stop with the delivery of concepts.
As HR / HR IT Project manager I coordinate the different contributors to the project (customer representatives, consultants and solution providers) and stakeholders being able to speak "different" languages and build bridges between the parties involved.
